This little guest house in Hudson New York has gained lot of negative publicity in the past couple of days for the inane terms and conditions that they had for fining wedding guests $500 for each negative review someone from their party left on social media.
The guest house has now removed this from their website, but the terms and conditions governing any stay there are all very negative and quite frankly off-putting.

Here’s the text that was on their website regarding the fee for negative feedback:
There will be a $500 dollar fine that will be deducted from your deposit for every negative review of USGH place on any internet site by anyone in your party and/or attending your wedding even if you stay here to attend a wedding anywhere in the area and leave us a negative review on any internet site you agree to a $500 fine for each negative review.

Conclusion
Seems that the major letdown for this property are its owners that apparently live there with an aggressive dog. How anyone would book this hotel after reading the hotel’s cancellation and other policies is beyond of my understanding.
